Umbral Intimacy was an interactive experience that combined reflection and shadows. The display encouraged the viewer to play and experiment with acrylic slides, colorful gels, and flashlights.

The slides, which were displayed in a Kodak carousel, had images from my digital archive laser engraved onto them. The engraved sections cast a silhouetted shadow when light was shone through the acrylic.
